Depending on how you use Satta, we may collect:
- Account and identity information: email address, phone number (if used), display name, username, profile details, and authentication identifiers from Supabase Auth.
- Trading and activity information: market requests, orders, trades, positions, wallet or transfer requests, notifications, community participation, and related metadata.
- Compliance information: age confirmation, terms and privacy acceptance records, jurisdiction or eligibility signals, and records needed for harm-minimisation or operational compliance.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, session cookies, API logs, security events, and error diagnostics needed to run and protect the service.
- Communications: messages you send to support and operational correspondence with you.
We do not intentionally collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
3. How we collect and hold information
We collect information directly from you when you register, sign in, trade, submit market requests, use wallet features, or contact us. We also collect some technical information automatically through cookies, logs, and infrastructure monitoring.
Information is held electronically in databases and logs operated by us and our service providers, including Supabase (authentication and database hosting) and our application hosting providers. We use access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and operational logging to protect stored information.

- create and manage your account;
- provide trading, portfolio, community, notification, and settlement features;
- process market requests, moderation, and admin review workflows;
- record legal acceptances and eligibility checks;

- improve reliability and fix defects during beta.
We may send service-related messages about your account, security, or market activity. We do not sell your personal information.

We disclose information to trusted providers who help us operate Satta, such as Supabase (authentication and data storage), hosting providers, email or notification services, and infrastructure monitoring tools. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other countries where their infrastructure is located. Where information is sent overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle it in a way consistent with this policy and applicable law.
